Founded by Airik Crawford to spotlight emerging artists, preserve Chicago's creative culture, and give independent talent a professional stage, Live From The Living Room began as a live performance series and has grown into a full media brand — live performances, artist interviews, original photography, documentaries, editorial content, and digital storytelling, now in its fifth season.
Since launch, LFTLR has featured more than 300 artists and generated over one million views across digital platforms, with content connected to The Source Magazine, Universal Music Group, and Interscope Records, alongside productions that have reached international audiences.
As Founder, Creative Director, and Executive Producer, Airik oversees every part of the platform — creative strategy, brand development, directing, cinematography, photography, editing, partnerships, and long-term growth. More than a content platform, LFTLR represents the vision of building original intellectual property that creates opportunities for artists, strengthens community, and leaves a lasting cultural impact.
